As a Marine Propulsion Engineer you design and develop customer-specific, innovative drive systems for shipbuilding. You manage commissioning and validate safety and functionality through comprehensive tests. Your Responsibilities

Co-create forward-looking marine propulsion concepts
Drive continuous product & service optimisation through technical improvements
Analyse customer and classification-society requirements
Coordinate closely with suppliers and shipyards
Execute FAT, SAT, commissioning and sea trials
Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Your Profile

Degree in electrical engineering, focus drive/automation/energy technology
Solid knowledge of electrical & mechanical drive components and converter commissioning
Shipbuilding experience beneficial
TIA, SCL, STARTER knowledge advantageous
Negotiation-level German & English
Approx. 25% worldwide travel willingness
